Where can you write mortgages?
Logistically, I can write in all 50 states and I sit on the Executive Board for the local and state Mortgage Bankers Associations. I am based in St. Petersburg, FL, a place I’m proud to call home.
What if I already have a potential lender?
Even if you think you have a guy or that your guy has made you a good deal, how could a 2nd opinion hurt? Best case scenario I save you a ton of money, worst case scenario I confirm that you do indeed have the best deal possible. Win/Win!
What type of people do you work with?
Send me first time homebuyers, upsizers, downsizers, sceptics, neuro-spicy friends, texters/talkers, queer folx, straight folx, cat people, dog people, singles/couples/families, people with kids, people with a ton of equity and a sweet interest rate wondering whether they should turn their home into a rental (the answer is yes!) People with complicated tax returns, simple returns, big down payments, little down payments, people with questions, people with tons of disposable income and a sunny disposition! *no jerks or bird people (unless the bird people are extra cool)
Do you have the best rates?
Yes! No one can touch my rates. I can’t be beat and I can prove it! That’s why I love finance, it isn’t subjective. There is always a winner and a loser and my clients win big.
What type of loans do you write?
I have all the standard stuff that everyone has – Fannie/Freddie/VA/FHA/USDA/Hometown Heroes… plus all the cool specialty stuff! Down payment assistance/Construction/rehab loans/lot loans/80-10-10 loans/dr loans/interest only loans/manufactured housing/bond/2nd lein position home equity line or loan with literally NO CLOSING COSTS!

I track rates obsessively and and genuinely believe it is my calling in life to beat the system for my clients. I love this game and my passion is why I’m the best.
